If someone cares about you and is attracted to you for more than your physical qualities then he will not let stretch marks and loose skin scare him off. If you don't trust someone enough to know that he/she will stick around after seeing how you really look then don't have sex with them.

Flax and chia seeds are fantastic sources of fiber, they also contain protein and healthy fats. I have at least a tbsp every day - I usually mix it into yogurt or oatmeal.

Not enough food to sustain that level of exercise - also, try to organize your calorie intake so that you have a few to spare around 8-9pm, that way you can have a snack to keep you satisfied until morning.

Buy a small food scale that you can bring on the road and use it to weigh out your snacks and meals - accuracy counts and it can be very eye-opening to see how much food actually qualifies as a 'serving'. Try to bring your own food whenever possible.

After a couple weeks of eating at or slightly below my calorie goal, I found that it was so much easier to not only feel "full" but feel less hungry all the time. You can try 'calf-specific' strength training. They could get tighter and more compact if you focus on them - but they may also get larger and more muscular lol

I had mine today - it was my son's birthday so I had a chicken burger and a small piece of cake. I'm still under my calorie goals though so maybe I'll have another slice ;) :p

I used to have a 90 minute walk to get to the gym. My husband was using our only vehicle and I couldn't afford cabs, there was no bus and I didn't even have a bike. Now I just train at home because the nearest gym is a 2hr drive away.

Ok so I've only made costumes for my kids so far but I'm gonna start doing my own when I get to my goal weight. These are Halloween costumes for my oldest: He's decided that he wants to be The Flash next year :)

I don't even track my sugar levels, I swapped it out for Potassium. I tend to be way under my Carb goals every day but still meet or surpass my fiber goals, so I just assume that my sugar levels are pretty stable.

Seconded. Save your money for new outfits when you lose the weight. Or for a vacation. Or better training equipment. Or a personal trainer. So many better things to do with your money.

I actually did start doing that but then I got rid of my coffee maker and just started using the instant stuff so no more cinnamon lattes for me lol
