Walking Dead Fitness Challenge Starts Feb 8th

This will be a 9 week long fitness challenge based on Season 5, Part 2 of The Walking Dead. Players will compete in fitness challenges based upon each week's episode while they work towards their own personal goals. Starts February 8th.
This will be an open group, team wins and MVP awards will be based on performance and participation. Join up, choose a team, make some friends, get fit and watch the show every Sunday night. This challenge is suitable for all fitness levels and is a great starter challenge for beginners who are just starting cardio workouts, weight training and who are trying to stay within their calorie goals. This challenge will provide motivation, accountability and will be a lot of fun.
