  • I have 5, 10's, and 20's and love how much stronger I feel! I only use my 5's now for when I switch phases and I am learning a new move other than that I switch back and forth between my 10's for when she says to use light weight and my 20's for when she says grab heavy weights.
  • Congrats on starting the program! You will love it. I started with 5 lbs weights and moved up from there. I now alternate between my light, med, and heavy weights. Have fun and keep with it, you will get great results!
  • When I did 30DS I worked out Mon-Fri because I did a lot of extra cardio on Fri and Sat and took Sun as a rest day. I did two weeks on each level. Then I switched to Jillian Michaels Body revolution and I love that also!! Great job, keep up the good work!!!
