I know what you mean. It can be challenging. My kids are my motivation to lose weight and be healthier but at the same time juggling everything does not always lead to healthy food choices

I had lost some, then quit logging in for several months. Now I am up almost 20 pounds. I need to start logging again and I know I can do it.

My dog jumped on when I was on the treadmill one time. Luckily did not fall but it was close. I did feel bad though because I accidentally stepped on his foot. He has not done that since though

Please, don't beat yourself up over it. Everyone goes over occasionally. Also maintaining 1200 cals may not be reasonable for you. I am not sure that an active person can maintain 1200 calories a day and not lose muscle instead of fat.
