Hi my name is Molly I am the mother of 5 and grandmother of 13 I work part time. I am well and truly overweight have started losing and have lost a kilo a week for the last 4 weeks and feeling better for it already. I am looking for like minded people for mutual support and encouragement. I don't really know how to connect as I am new to MFP
