I'm finding that my snackfoods are getting repetitive (just homemade muffins and cookies). Does anybody know any great snackfoods that I could try out?

Not HFLC, but I had a delicious snack yesterday of some radishes and a tomato with a bit of salt.0

Personally I don't really snack but popcorn is relatively cheap. Buy a massive bag for a few pounds and ull get lots of portions. You can also flavour it any way you like0

Try foods that are more filling and less sweet to help regulate your blood sugar- 1/2 baked potato with 1/4 cup beans, 2 TBspns salsa and a handful of lettuce. I am just recently HCLF Vegan (due to kidney issues) and am having to get VERY creative to keep from getting bored! I love air-popped popcorn with nutritional yeast sprinkled on it (you just need a little olive oli in a spray bottle to lighlty coat it to get the yeast to stick). Yummy, tastes (sort of) buttery! Also, has B vitamins which are good for vegans to add to diet.1

Prunes come in Cherry Flavor. It would be a good snack.0
