I really don't think drinking 1/2 of your body weight in OUNCES of water will blow out your kidneys. If you weigh 200 lbs you drink 100 ounces. I drink 80-100 ounces of water a day with no problem. That is simple weight loss information though - nothing to do with Plexus.

If you are looking at MFP on the internet at the bottom of your food journal there is an option for Printable Report. You can then select for which days. Should be the easiest option. :)

I guess I just sweat pretty easily bc I've never had that problem - even after putting it on, doing other things (driving to gym) and then working out. I'm not necessarily sweating then but it is ready to go when I hit start.

I have my first 1/2 marathon on 3/3. I have been using Galloway run / walk intervals of 2:1. Last weekend I had my longest run ever of 12 miles & finished in 2:45 so my goal of finishing under 3 hours looks attainable!!
