Awesome! Congrats! I want to start a running program too, I would love to be able to run that far non-stop. Did you do C25K or any other program or did you just get out there and run?0

I'm working on going from 7 to to 10 miles, currently, never thought I would love going running/jogging.0 -

That has to be my favorite thing about running, is that I always am a challenging myself. I feel pride every time I add a new mile to my run. I've been off the pavement for a few weeks now, but I'm looking forward to getting back into it and running my half marathon at the end of October.0

Huge congrats! Took me a while to get to the 5 mile mark and then it took a while to break the 5 mile mark. lol For more weeks and you will be saying, "I just jogged 6 miles!" I broke 5 one week and the next week I hit 7. Poor 6 mile marker didnt get his moment to shine. Good luck on the rest of your journey!
