Well I think the subject line says it all for me. :) I am super pumped and just needed to share. I've been working out for quite a while but my husband and I just started running in July. This is the furthest I've run non-stop and I feel awesome about it. :)

Excellent, and if your profile picture is any indication you have some nice scenic trails to run!

It is great! Congratulations! I know the feeling because for me it was only about a month ago. You rock!

It took me a year to finish C25K, (back in March) and next month I am going to do a 1/2 Marathon. I just keep putting one foot in from of the other and the miles are adding up!

Awesome! Congrats! I want to start a running program too, I would love to be able to run that far non-stop. Did you do C25K or any other program or did you just get out there and run?

It's an awesome feeling ain't it!

I'm working on going from 7 to to 10 miles, currently, never thought I would love going running/jogging.

That has to be my favorite thing about running, is that I always am a challenging myself. I feel pride every time I add a new mile to my run. I've been off the pavement for a few weeks now, but I'm looking forward to getting back into it and running my half marathon at the end of October.
