Why wouldnt you? A calorie is a calorie despite where it came from. if your over on your calories you are going to gain weight. end of story.

hmm maybe i will try that shake. I currently use the GNC Whey and GNC Refeed Casein. They Whey is ok. The casein - ugh with a side of ugh.

This happened yesterday. I was on the elliptical and hella nasty farted. The janitor walked behind me and proceeded to fan the air with her "caution wet floor" sign. AKA she fanned my fart out of the air standing almost directly behind me for like 5 whole minutes. I wanted to cry.

The fiber in fruits offset the any negatives from the sugar content. So dont worry about fruit sugar if u eat the real fruit. The same doesnt go for fruit juices. Eat the fruit not the juice.

yeah cheat day. if you cant get any joy out of eating at some point - life sucks. I'm not gonna sacrifice two family filled and delish food days for the sake of a diet that i pretty much follow for the rest of the year.That being said i will be taking a 5 mile run - but i fully plan on eating like a pig. There i said it.

If you are using the bodybugg site - why not use the linked myapex site? That way your calories needed are calc'd correctly?

Any now that i think about it - 80 calories seem pretty low. That would be low even more me, given that speed and amount of time, and im 120ish lbs. If you are heavier, you will definitely burn much more.

Does ur treadmill take your weight into account? I find my walking/running on here is fairly accurate - maybe a little conservative. I used to wear the Bodybugg to count my energy expenditure so it was pretty right on. Not sure about some of the other ones though.

Abs are made in the kitchen my competitor friends tell me. if you really want to see your abs you must REDUCE YOUR SUGAR AND CUT SIMPLE CARBS. Thats really hard to do. Good luck!!

Water retention. Thats the extra weight. Not much can be done about it. Just know it will happen and make peace with it.

You dont need to worry about bulking up. You would have to be eating an insane amount of calories and pushing some extreme heavy weights in order to do that. Its true that muscle weighs more than fat but you will still see the weight come off.
