i don't know why i have all caps that was from 2012 you would of had to ask me then.

i walk 1 mile a day on work break (15-18 mins)

still a good question? back in 2012 i lost 40lbs now fast forward to 2018 i had a baby in 2017 and seem like i gained all my weight back and now i am trying to lose it all plus some so its like all new what is a good protein powder out there for a girl on a budget?

I really don't feel like i get moving until i had my coffee but sometime that don't happen until 30 mins after waking up and getting ready for work

Just remember when at the gym you are there for your self and for change.. Dont care what they think.. just remember oneday you will be lifting the same as them if you keep it up and look good doing it.. :smile:

I dont only do Zumba classes but i also do ab class to forcus on the lower abs.. zumba is a great was to burn cals, however 30 mins of abs is a great way to burn fat..

When times got hard at my job and we let the cleaning personal go we had to clean are bathroom.. me and this other girl only cleaned the girls bathroom which we used, we did not clean boys that was up to them.. but when things started to come back up at work then once again got cleaning personal..
