I like going to the gym.. gets me out of the house and a chance to meet new people.. :)

desk job - billing.

i go 5 times a week. right now. Mondays & weds is my weights and zumba class so i am at the gym from 7-9pm tuesday is a class called Metcon which is about 30 mins Tursdays is only Cardio for 45mins and sunday Cardio for 45mins

I was told no carbs after 6.. so really i dont eat after 6 anyways i get home from the gym at 9pm so i take a shower and off to bed.

I dont really pay attention i am in my own zone at the Gym i am there to get into shape not to pay attention to what everyone is doing.. i say if it helps you on your workout go for it, you pay your membership for the gym not everyone else.. so enjoy your time there and make the best out of it.. :)
