    i do 5 days, about 8-9 hours.
    boxercise / weights / swimming mon & thurs
    running / kettlebells / swimming wed & sat
    spinning / swimming fri
    tues & sun off unless i missed one of the other days then ill catch up on sun.

    I try to allow myself two rest days, so usually 5 (sometimes 6) days a week.

    I do zumba 3 days a week for an hour, occasionally I'll also do 30DS also on those days, and elliptical for 30-60 min in addition to 30DS on the days I don't do zumba. :)

    I try to walk at least 3 times a week for at least 20 minutes. I do more if I can.

    I do something every day.

    Monday - bodypump class 45 minutes
    Tuesday - Yoga 45 minutes. Easy run. 30-40 minutes
    Wednesday - Some sort of strength training 30 minutes
    Thursday - Yoga 45 minutes. Tempo Run. 60 - 90 minutes.
    Friday - Easy run 30 - 40 minutes
    Saturday - Yoga 60 minutes
    Sunday - Long run 120 minutes +

    I cardio box 2 times a week. Tu & Th 60 minutes
    Tempo run Wed 3 miles 60 minutes with warm up and cool down
    Easy run Saturday 4 miles 75 minutes with warm up and cool down
    Long run 9 miles Sundays 140 minutes w/warm up and cool down.
    Off Mondays & Fridays.

    Trying to figure out where to add weight training!

    6 days a week, 60-120 minutes depending on the day. MWF are yoga days so I do my normal 40-60 minute cardio/circuit training workout, plus 60 minutes of yoga.

    I lift heavy weights 3x per week plus 30-50 minutes of cardio 2x per week.

    I am working out 7 days a week. I was pushing myself to do 2 hours a day, but now I am focusing on a better burn and harder workout in a shorter period of time. So between 30 minutes-1 hour 30 minutes

    In my MFP settings I say 6 days a week for 45 minutes a day, but my intention is to allow myself a night off should "life" happen and I need to skip a day.

    As for the time per day, depending on what I've eaten, I workout for 15-60 minutes. With my HRM, I work only as long as I have to to balance my calories, then I stop.

    When I'm not playing sports (flag football or softball), I workout 4-6 days a week. Strength train during the week, cardio on the weekends. Typically 30 minutes to an hour per day.

    If I'm playing sports, that's my weekend exercise, and during the week is mostly strength training with some cardio. I always have at least one rest day.

    i go 5 times a week. right now.

    Mondays & weds is my weights and zumba class so i am at the gym from 7-9pm
    tuesday is a class called Metcon which is about 30 mins
    Tursdays is only Cardio for 45mins
    and sunday Cardio for 45mins

    My goal is 5 days a week for about 30 minutes a day, but once I get started I tend to go longer, and even if I'm not doing a work out video or whatever that day, I try to at least walk for 30 minutes or so around the apartment complex.

    3 - 4 days a week, mostly some pretty intense cardio for an hour. 2 days a week I follow up the cardio with 20 - 30 minutes of weights. I usually eat 25% - 30% of my exercise calories, and this seems to be working for me!

    7 Days a week, six of them in the gym for an hour and a half mainly cardio. and the othere day I usually go for a brisk walk or a run of about 6 or 7 Km.
