    Oil free potato chips.
Slice a potato thin with a mandolin or food processor. Lay in a single layer on a large plate lined with silicon baking paper or re-usable silicon mesh. Season. Zap six minutes on high in the microwave. Remove any that are golden brown. Continue to zap stragglers at one minute intervals, being careful because the difference between golden brown and burnt is narrow. These harden to a crisp as they cool.

    Both of these!!

-half & half in coffee now instead of flavored creamer
-Hidden Valley Greek Yogurt Ranch instead of the Original. 1/2 the calories per serving and the taste is nearly identical.

Lots of keto/low carb recipes replace junk food. Some are lower calorie or fat than others if that's what you are watching. But all are no sugar and gluten free.

(haven't tried these yet but plan to in near future.)

(Watch the cals and the fat might be higher than you'd like, but this one is to die for. So good. )

(for when you want some fried chicken. It's skinless and cooked in oven, so lower fat. I find the pork rind coating the best, but there are alternatives such as almond flour, flax or coconut flour. You'd have to look those up.)

There's also Pizza recipes that use cauliflower for the base. Or there's bases of almond flour or coconut flour with cheese. You can always make a dough with wholewheat if you'd prefer.

    Many cookie recipes

Unsweetened or lightly sweetened (honey) hot tea to replace sugary drinks. I know, I know, it's not the same - but I've found that getting new, exciting flavors helps. I'm not a snob - I buy cheapish bagged tea (Twinings and Bigelow). Current favorite is Perfect Peach during the day and Earl Grey in the morning.

I basically just add zucchini to everything. It's tasty and adds low-calorie volume, so each serving is lower calorie and each recipe has more servings.

Fake cheesecake - nonfat greek yogurt, a smashed graham cracker, and fruit and/or chocolate sauce.
