I too am studying and a mom...me, I stick to the calories laid out for the day. As far as exercise goes...go on how you feel, maybe modify to do half?

I have made her oatmeal recipe with the unsweetened vanilla almond milk and it is delish! I add some fresh fruit or a Keurig Dark hot Chocolate cup...yummy! I have made her buffalo chicken tenders too and those were wicked delish! Even hubby liked them...

Welcome :) I'm the same way....do great then flounder! I've been losing weight since November. So far 20lbs gone. Want to lose another 10lbs and I'll be happy. Feel free to friend me if you want...I'll try to motivate you if I can :)

Welcome aboard! I'm not sure how long I've been here, lol, but not long. I am a mom of 5, glad to know there are some other moms out there who have big families. I think water might make the popcorn shrivel and get all soggy... have you tried putting it in a bag with the salt and shaking it? That way the salt goes in all the little nooks and crannies.

Have you asked a Lactation consultant? Or searched the web? I think it's 500 more calories than a non-nursing woman?? But I could be wrong, sorry I'm not any true help...

Breakfast can be as simple as a yogurt with some healthy fiber cereal or granola mixed in or a piece of fruit (or the kind packaged in a cup w/o sugar) and a granola/fruit bar. I just read that eating as far as 2hrs after awakening is ok. Also read to eat dinner as lunch and then make dinner light. Hope that helps!

I too am 5'2"....I started at 156.86lbs. On Nov 5th I began a WW style of dieting. I'm a nurse, working part time, so I'm on my feet a lot - as well as mom to 5 kids.
