No. Green tea doesn't help you lose weight. Drink it if you like it, but don't expect anything other than a tasty beverage.
-
Most of that 10lbs was likely water weight due to changing up your diet and eating in a deficit. Don't expect that to continue.

I'll feel "blah" at any restaurant if I over eat. If I keep my portions in check, I feel fine after eating anywhere.

260 calories for 19 minutes of pilates sounds virtually impossible.

Put some new batteries in your scale. I'm not saying this is definitely the answer, but to be the exact same weight every time you weigh yourself sounds very off. Try this before you change anything else.
-
I just manually change the amount of calories MFP tells me I've burned to less.
-
I do if I make a salad, but not if I just put a few pieces on a sandwich or on tacos.
-
You don't have to. You can start by trying to estimate portions. If you lose weight...great, you're doing it right and estimating pretty accurately. If you are not losing, get a scale because your eating more than you think.

Vodka and water with a squirt of Mio.

Mexican food.

I looked at the foods I ate regularly, and thought of ways to lighten them up a bit. Light bread, mustard instead of mayo, diet soda instead of regular, one slice of cheese instead of two, etc. I also stopped mindless snacking at work.

My inlaws are in their late 70's and take us to dinner every Thursday. They have their "spots" that they always go to and most of them are chain restaurants. They have the calorie counts listed online. Since we go to the same places over and over again, I have my go to meals that I already know the counts for. On the odd…

The "Eat Fewer Calories Than you Burn" diet is the best.

It's probably a combination of TOM and change in meds. You know you didn't go over enough to gain 5lbs of fat, I'd just give it more time.

^ Truth.

If you just need to drop pounds to make a certain weight, stick with your MFP calorie goal, and lower your carbs and sodium. You'll lose some fat (a few pounds at least) and several pounds of water weight. The loss of water weight from reduced carbs and sodium may be enough to help you make weight. Edit: If you're just…

No, it's not possible. You're eating more calories than you realize and not in a deficit. Something is off in your measurements somewhere. Do you use a scale to weigh food? If not, that would be the best place to start in finding the discrepancy.

Weightlifting. Like deadlifts, barbell squats, overhead press, hip thrusts, etc.. Try Stronglifts 5x5 if you want a structured weight lifting program.

Because artificial. Obviously.

Eat more fish?

I've been drinking a diet soda everyday for the last 10-14 years. I've never been overweight, never had a problem losing vanity lbs. It doesn't make me crave sweet foods, in fact it probably satisfies my craving for sweets.

I have a coworker who tries every fad/quick fix in the book. This was one of them. She bought them from a "friend" (supplements and wraps). Not only did they NOT work, she ended up having a close her bank account because they would not stop sending the stuff and charging her, even though she had cancelled her subscription…

Have you ever visited the website peopleofwalmart.com? In my city, Golden Corral is where they all go to eat afterwards.
-
Go for it. I've been to Golden Coral once in my life, and saw people in there wearing pajamas, so I don't think someone using a food scale would offend anyone. I think it would be an interesting experiment. (not interesting enough for me to ever walk foot into a Golden Coral again but that's just me)

It's just carbs, protein and fat like any other food. If you want fast food every once in awhile, just eat a little less through out the day to make room for it.
-
There really is nothing that you shouldn't eat, unless you are allergic to it, it's spoiled, fell on the ground, etc. You can eat take out, it's okay. Just try to log it as accurately as possible and stay within your calorie goal. Weight loss is about the amount of calories you eat, not where the calories come from. Having…

Trackers CAN be accurate, but anything that tells you how many calories you burn is just an estimate. I find my Fitbit to be accurate, because I eat the amount of calories I burn according to my Fitbit and maintain my weight. It's all about trial and error. Get your calories on track, see if you lose weight using your…

If you've just started a new workout routine, it's likely water water. But.... If after a few more weeks your weight doesn't go down, you're problems are bolded above. "When" you measure calories makes it sound like it's an occasional practice. If this is the case, you don't know how much you're eating. And as for the…

There is nothing wrong with the word "skinny", some people just don't like it and feel it has a negative connotation. I just see it as meaning slim or thin, but others think of it as malnourished or sickly.

I'm reading this thinking you're setting yourself up to lose and regain weight again. Don't you want to stop that cycle? If so, doing the same things you did in the past is obviously not going to work. Read over what you wrote, you'll see it.
