I'm reading this thinking you're setting yourself up to lose and regain weight again. Don't you want to stop that cycle? If so, doing the same things you did in the past is obviously not going to work. Read over what you wrote, you'll see it.

Maintaining for around 2.5 years.

Calorie deficit. You can't pick where the fat comes off, you just have to eat fewer calories than you burn until you lose the desired amount of fat. It will come off eventually.
-
You would get better advice if you made your diary public, so people can see what and how much you are eating.
-
Settings > diary settings > nutrients tracked. Use the drop downs to change sugar to something else.

I was around 115-120 most of my adult life. When I was out of my comfort zone at 135, I first started taking over the counter diet pills. Tried a few different ones, they (of course) didn't work, I wasted hundreds of dollars and I felt ill while taking them. Then I just ate less and started working out. Lost around 20lbs…

You may want to take your own advice there. Just saying.

I have a pitbull/weimaraner mix who is TERRIBLE on a leash. (also a rescue with some anxiety issues) Despite working on leash training for nearly a year, he still sucks when he sees other dogs, squirrels, rabbits and birds. I use a gentle leader, it makes him much easier to control (he's strong) and we get our daily walks…

If I was in your position, I'd change my calorie goal to 1700 and stick with it for a few weeks, regardless of exercise. Do you eat back exercise calories?
-
No. You lose fat by cutting calories, not certain macros.
-
It depends on how you carry your weight. For me, it made a huge difference. Considering you're already at a healthy weight, it's possible it will make a big different for you, too.
-
I don't really get the munchies, either. I used to when I was younger, but I think it's because I expected to get them, if that makes any sense.
-
Sounds like you're already set on doing it, regardless of all of the common sense answers you've been given. Go for it! Good luck to you, hope it works.

Reeses peanut butter cups.

I know you feel the entries you're picking are "close enough" but if you're gaining weight....they just aren't close enough. They're way off. If you're steadily gaining weight, you're just eating too many calories. If you really don't want to try weighing your food for awhile (I get it, I really do) you could lower your…

I have a Fitbit One. I like it because it's small and I can clip it on my body, or just put it in my pocket. I don't like the ones you have a wear on your wrist all of the time. With the One, I can almost always find a way to wear it and don't have to worry how it looks with clothes. It seems pretty accurate, and is…

That will likely depend on your workout routine. If you're lifting regularly, yes, you may notices changes in your body without losing weight. If not, you'll probably just stay the same.

I think that poster was just pointing out that he's eating more than 1800 calories per day. Basically if he was on a strict, calorie controlled diet (like prepackaged, pre weighed food) he'd lose.

I sit on my *kitten* all day at work and still feel drowsy every day around 3. Desk naps are the answer.

I work out when I get off work. Done and done.

Your logging is all over the place. It looks like you're typing in what you ate, and picking the first thing that pops up in the database. You need to completely revamp your way of logging or you won't know how many calories you're eating. Watch the videos people posting about weight of food and calorie content.

What I don't understand is how this lady knows what all the random strangers she encounters are thinking. And even what the people NOT around her are thinking...like all of those people who didn't say anything on the plane, because obviously they all knew what was going on and just didn't open their mouths because the guy…

They say "Well all I know is what worked for ME!!! I ate more calories and started loosing again!!!!" (starvation mode enthusiasts always seem to misspell 'lose')
-
I think it sounds like a reasonable goal.
-
Look up prison or convict training. Body weight workouts for very small spaces.
-
Sad thing is, people can read this and STILL insist that starvation mode is real. Palm? Meet face.

No she didn't. She said she wants to lose weight and go out on the weekends. Plenty of people on this site are able to do both just fine. It's all about balance.
