do a lighter weight but decrease rest time to a few seconds in other words a weight you can do for at least 8 reps and rest very briefly then go again. intensity is key

i dont think you have to worry about muscle loss youre not training to compete on a bodybuilding stage right? so enjoy your cardio btw protein shake should be consume within 30 minutes after your workout to help rebuild muscle

the past 6 weeks you lost water weight which is veryyy easy to lose once you start any exercise program now its when the going gets tough weight training will help burn more calories therefore lose weight unless you are trying to build muscle and consume the calories and protein needed for this i say you lost the water…

The ideas are cool and I work graveyard shift till 6am on sundays but can make effort once a month only thing its I dont do much outdoor training since my workouts consist of mostly lifting weights but will gladly participate on this group's activities

I dislike the company that makes it and the guy in it. a friend of mine gave me the program a while ago and I wasn't impressed neither with program or the" knowledge"of fruit cake horton. BRING IT!! Come on seriously

slimfast 24g of sugar but keep in mind you mix and drink with no extra sugar added by you.On the other hand shakeology tastes horrible (i tried it) and the makers want you to add fruits to make it ''better'' so add the sugars from all the fruit youre putting into the shake and what do you have?:drinker:
