I had mine in Sept of last year and was doing so so. Lately I've been doing horrible, so time to get back on track. What plan is everyone following ot what do you like to incorporate? My hardest struggle is meal planning and prepping to make things easier

J need to get ba k on track myself. I have more of an office job now and again faster then I was losing before in tenfold lol. Time to do something, I feel just miserable.

I know how you feel..i do similar things. I feel bad binge and then feel guilt for what I did and can trigger more damage. I'm just trying little things at a time and not beating myself up if I mess up.

I know just how you feel!! I lost so much weight previously and gained some, then pregnant and just gave birth 9/1. I was up to 260 I believe at birth and 247 today :/

I lost weight and was doing ok. Lost my job got pregnant and all the stress I got lazy and binging started again. Hoping it'll get warmer here soon and I can do more outside. I also just got a new job and hope it'll help keep me moving and my spirit. I too just entered second tri, feeling about same but even more tired :/…

I have it and love it! I think, not sure it's been a while, they use a band. I think I just did pushups to improvise. Not sure it's been a while.

I have the same problem and I try and log everything good and bad. Trying to get mine under control as well. I know I can do it I just need to build momentum to keep going.
