I do not eat my exercise calories. I have tried it and found that it was not what was best for me. Everyone is different, and there are those who will snap at me and say I'm starving myself. I have lost weight at a healthy rate by doing this and haven't felt this healthy in ten years. And that is what's important to me.

Yes! I did have the exact same problem. I assumed it was because i went from eating and outrageous number of calories to 1200 a day. After i adjusted to the lifestyle change, i felt fine.

stay away from cafeteria food and vending machines! Eat fresh unprocessed stuff since you probably don't have time to cook anyway.

could be cartilage deterioration, which you can't do anything about. but i would go to the doc right away just in case.

low sodium V8. its gross but i choke it down everyday.

I actually love doing it! Especially when i submit each day and my estimated weight in 5 weeks just keeps getting lower and lower!

veins? i have this problem right on my shins. it feels how you explained. i can't really see anything except a bruise now and then, but a doc diagnosed it.

specific time of day. If its part of your daily routine you're less likely to skip. and just remember how good you feel knowing that its done for the day.

I set up a specific time everyday, that way i know the time is coming and i can't put it off. I have the same staring at the wall problem . the only solution to this is to either stick a tv in there, or face a window. I live on a busy street, so this can be quite entertaining sometimes!
