I don't eat any vegetables or may fruits. What can I substitute these for?

Nothing, you should be eating 5-8 servings of fruit and veggies/day (1-3 fruit, 4-6 veggies). You can try juice, but the real thing is much better due to the fiber content.0

may I ask why don't you eat fruits and veggies?
I would assume that taking a really great vitamin can substitute, but what example are you setting for your kid? I don't mean to sound harsh and I assuming that the kid in the photo is yours. I hope that you are not denying him some great foods just because you dont like them.
I would rather someone start eating veggies even if they have to cover it up with cheese or butter than not eat it at all.0 -
Get the Hungry Girl cook books, they will help you with eating fruit and vegetables in a low cal but yummy way. Can you eat any?0

ha thats how i got my toddler to eat vegis....i shredded some cheddar and put about a tablespoon of cheddar cheese on it...now he eats them by themselves!0
