Hi. I have found a nice assortment of snacks that are low calorie or no sugar. Making small changes like only having fruit after6om in the evening, knitting to stop me snacking. Also I’m on the true weight challenge on Loss a 1lb a week’ ( I know you belong to the group too so feel free to add me if you wish ) all the best.

Yes I'm 71 and still work. It's important to log all your foods and drinks into the diary, you need to make some time for this if you want to lose weight. Good luck

71 here, I also take blood thinners it is mainly the dark green veg that's can affect INR levels, the darker the veg the more it affects. There are lots of things you can have. Mobility can be a problem, have you tried armchair excercises. It will be a slower loss but can be done. I'm wishing you lots of good luck? Take…
