I did hot yoga for the first time last week. It was soooo hot! Lol wore a HRM and a hr and half burned 625. It was great felt refreshed and no pulled muscles the next day!

alright I will go and get a speed jump rope. So far my only complaint jump roping is my ankles are starting to hurt.

OMG Im going through the same thing. I was 170 6 years ago. then I lost it all and went down to 130lb. for the past 4 yrs it has crept up. 30 day shred is great. Even with my regular calorie intake I lost a inch off my hips in a week but doing multiple lunges in a short amount of time really hurt my knees. It took 2 weeks for the soreness to go away. Key is to do lunges at your own pace and watch your knee. better to do one good lunge than a few fast Lunges…

Cut out sodium and bad carbs like white bread and white rice. Substitute with veggies. I have that problem too when I first workout. Sometimes I will take waterpills after my period or a slimming tea if its too much. But don't go overboard with it

I have that problem too. Being a pear its the last place to lose weight in the lower body. But it is possible to tone and and slenderize them. It's a lot of lunges. When I worked at lifetouch taking school photos I had to knee down a lot to pose students. and doing that all day for 6 mts had slimmed down my legs…

I lost one inch from my hips in a week. it works but you have to not eat junk. I had to quit though after a while i couldnt stand looking at her and my knees were in pain for a week after. take your time doing the lunges and squats.

Thanks for the replies. I think I'm gonna start a collection of those two plus pure Barre which now I'm hearing is pretty good as well.
