sweet potato. Eat or not to eat?
Trying to watch what I eat or portion control. And don't know if seer potatoes is one of those vegetables to limit, like corn or white potatoes. I eat maybe 1/2 sweet potato every other day. They seem to be the only thing that keeps the cravings away.

Is substituting pastas and bread with quinoa a healthier choice? Last time I lost weight I cut out these foods but felt tired and would evenually gain back because I know carbs are needed to function. Does anyone use a band, tape or compression support while running. It doesn't matter what show I'm wearing my left ankle rolls and while getting back into outdoor jogging my ankle rolled twice. Is it ok to wear a bandage while running to sort of strengthen or will it cause more injury?

Ricecakes....a yes or a no?
Yes I've been dipping them in hummus. Now I'm reading up on articles that ricecakes are bad for you ????. I can never win. I only eat like 1-2 a day before or after a workout. Should I find another alternative snack? I'm trying to cut down on bread and thought ricecakes would help.

I'm pear shape and I've always done elliptical at high resistance and found no weight loss or toning that was doing it 4 days a week for 2-3 weeks. Would it better to try low resistance and high reps change that?
