I've pulled or sprained from squatting and lunging incorrectly, recently. I have been working out for 5months and this just happened without any issue. Update: I've been taking Aleve and icing it and my muscle soreness has reduced dramatically. Also took a week off workout

Yeah it's the front of my knees. I'm pretty sure my squatting form was incorrect.

Been using YouTube videos from: Bodyfit by Amy which is awesome she is isn't demanding or overly bubbly and will try fitnessblender. Today I pulled a muscle in my back from trying some new moves. Guess I will have to watch my form and keep practicing. But I am enjoying it more than Dumbbells and body resistance workouts.

Thanks everyone for the reply! I was mostly eating it because I noticed it keeps me fuller longer which is great for after work. with pasta I seemed to become hungry and sluggish shortly after, which sucks when I need to workout after. I did make zucchini noodles! I will use this to make dinners.

My problem is I eat too much pasta.

My reply was cut off but what helped me a lot was Pilates with exercise ball and lunges. Naturalizer makes excellent wide calf boots and there is a company that makes boot width extenders.

I'm in the same boat as you. Losing weight will only reduce the size not by much but it's better than nothing. I have gone down from 170-130lb as 5'8 my calves did reduce size but they were still pretty big. my weight went back up and so did my calves

Yes I will definitely I have a previous pair of mizuno that is wider in the back but the newer ones are flimsy. The previous pair I didn't have that problem. I will go see someone who is in orthopedics. Thanks!

I make them as a trail mix. Super easy if you like sweet and salty-dried cranberries, peanuts and wasabi peas.

Wow lots of good advice. I will definitely go see a specialist about this as this has been happening. And I will check out some strengthening exercises for my ankles. It's been a few months from not running.

Yes go slow. I've been running for years and everyone still speeds past me. I'd rather go the distance than get winded and potentially injury myself.

I got the Total Body Workout and it's pretty awesome. I don't know if I should buy the second or third one. I just don't want to a buy different one that will have the same moves.

Thanks! I just bought it and used t yesterday. I enjoy the quiet no distracting music and her calm voice. It really helps focus on the quick movements.

It's a great workout but watch your knees!!! I cannot stress that enough. I did 30 day shred for 3 weeks regular eating. And lost an 1in. Off my hips but had to stop because my knees were in so much pain. Safety first!
