Chicken or Turkey Salad with Cranberries & Pecans

I made this last weekend to take to a pot-luck. Everyone raved about it (I think they really liked the cranberries in it). When I mentioned it was low fat they begged for the recipe. Just wanted to share.

Chicken or Turkey Salad with Cranberries & Pecans
4 cups chopped, cooked chicken or turkey breast
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans (I used walnuts)
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp chopped fresh Tarragon leaves (or 1 1/2 tsp dried)
Just mix it all together! This will keep for a day or two but if you plan to make well in advance, you might want to put a little extra yogurt in, it tends to soak up a bit.
