{{hugs}} Go to Target and buy 2 pairs of jeans. One in your current size, and one in a size smaller. Hang the smaller size in your bedroom so you can see it every morning when you wake up. Then go through as many of the success pages on this site that you can. It is truly inspirational to see how people can turn it around…

BTW, thank you so much for all your replies. :o) This is part of the reason I failed last Spring and gained back the weight. I work ridiculously hard for 2 months and try and lose 2 pounds a week and then I crash and gain it all back. I always want to just lose it all within a month!

I'm going to try this. It's going to be hard-my whole life I've thought: eating less, feeling hungry = lose weight I do some strength training. I'm working on JM 30 DS right now and when I'm done that I might try Ripped in 30 Days.

My profile pic is the pic I was using last spring when I was almost 10 pounds lighter. I suffered a running injury and subsequently put those 10 pounds back on this past fall. I guess I should update my picture-I just really liked that picture! :o) I'm quite short, 5 feet 2 inches, so 135 would be considered over weight…

lol…..a week and a half ago I decided to stop eating back all of my exercise calories bc I wanted to jump start my weight loss! lol. That's typical that that wouldn't work! :o) I want my 20's metabolism back. :o)

Thanks for the tips… I certainly don't want to get into the habit of purging via exercise. Those darn red numbers are just so alarming! :o)

I would also like to join in :o) This is my plan: I'm currently doing the 30 DS (Level 1 Day 6) . After the 30DS I plan on doing another JM dvd. I also alternate walking/running every day (20 minutes) except Sunday. I've been doing the MFP thing for over 2 weeks now. I've only lost 2 pounds. I'm finding it very difficult…

It's hard getting back to fitness and calorie counting after a vacation! :o) You look like you are back on track though! Mu biggest obstacle right now is getting past this calf injury-I may just have to give up running and start doing something else… :o(

I recalculated my calorie goal based on TDEE/Body Fat % and BMI. It ended up being 1633.....I haven't started eating that amount though....I'm kinda scared ;o)

my mom also had breast cancer and was advised to stay away from soy. A year before she was diagnosed with breast cancer she started drinking soy milk. I stay away from anything that contains soy.

I'm 5'2" and I guess I'm small framed-my wrist is less than 6inches. I'm 126 right now and am hoping to get back down to 110-115. I feel best when I'm below 120. I'm running and currently doing the 30ds (day12). Feel free to add me! Nicole
