    Just turned 45 and i need to really get support with this weight loss. I have tried many times in the past and ended up gaining more weight than when i started on the diet. I have been very leary to start again for fear of gaining again..... I hope this helps! Looks like a lot of great people on here who truly cheer one another on! Add me as i would love to cheer you all on as well!
