Hello Everyone,
Ok, I already know to lose belly fat starts in the kitchen ( Shaun T says losing belly fat is 70% diet, 30% exercise). I need someone who has lost their belly fat to give me a meal plan that worked for you. Any of you ladies with great results please help a fellow sister out..........I need results.
I know that it's not gonna be gone overnight, I'm just soooooo tired of sucking in my stomach and getting a back ache from it. I'm not pregnant, but I sure look like it.
ANYBODY...................SOMEBODY HELP!!!! Comment below or you can send me message with the meal plan included.

A moderate calorie deficit paired with time and patience. Seriously. There are no "belly-fat blasting" foods.
Try to eat healthy foods as much as possible - veggies, fruits, whole grains, lean proteins, healthy fats, etc. Definitely hit your protein and fat macros. And have treats as you can make them fit into your day.
It's really that simple. No special diet needed.0 -
Shaun T is a lousy liar, then; there is no way to target or blast belly fat. It will come off when it comes off, you just have to maintain a calorie defecit (eat less than you burn - just not TOO little. Whole other can of worms).0

TDEE-20-25%
control your caloric intake, and maybe put a little effort into eating healthy.
track your food. simple0 -
Most of my weight is in my belly and my doctor told me to eat a low carb diet. no more than 45g of carb a meal ( not counting snacks ) he said a low carb diet will help you lose more weight than if you did just a low calorie diet. He also said start out with a low carb diet and once you have that mastered then start watching calories too and youll loose it even faster0

Time. Eat at a modest calorie deficit. Lift heavy weights.0

I can totally relate-I keep losing inches off my hips and chest-my waist measurement has barely budged....I actually don't want to lose any more inches off my hips....it's really frustrating.
A few years ago I did do the low carb thing and that did take inches off my waist....but as soon as I fell off the low carb wagon- back came the inches.0 -
I feel that I still look pregnant after a 29 pound loss--but my waist has gone from 52 inches last August to 46 1/4 inches last Monday. Operate at a deficit and the fat loss will happen...we can't really do anything to lose in a specific place first...but hang in and it will happen.0

Up your protein and fiber intake. Try setting your macros to 40% carbs, 30% protein, and 30% fat. Eat more of this stuff:
Avocados - high in healthy fats and fiber
Raspberries - high in fiber, low sugar
Fish - salmon and tuna are high in healthy fats and protein
Greek yogurt - low in fat, high protein and probiotics for digestive assistance (lol)
You don't have to cut carbs drastically. Just be smart about your carbs. Eat more veggies and try replacing some of your bread, rice, and pasta with starchy veggies like sweet potatoes and spaghetti squash. Eat your fruit too.
You can also drink water with a bit of lemon or apple cider vinegar to help flush out your system. Drink lots of water and get plenty of sleep. Reduce your stress levels. Take baths every night. When I take nightly baths, I feel more relaxed and I am less bloated. HTH.0
