I go to the Oregon Coast quite a bit. Great place. I will be the the bad guy. Who cares what she did....if it is true it is unhealthy. You lost 5 pounds in 1 month. Good for you . At 170 pounds you could easily lose a bit more in one month. But slow and steady is the way to go. Are you counting calories.....don’t focus on anyone besides you.

I went from 340 to 240 in 1 year. Never used a shake. Just ate food I liked in moderation. Went to the gym 4-5 days a week. Don’t over think things.

That is a lot of weight to lose that fast unless you are 100 pounds over weight. You did not gain muscle mass on a deficit. Weight loss is burning more calories than you take in no matter what food you are eating.
