Everyone is doing such a great job! I am so inspired by everyone :D I walked 3 Sunday and 2.5 last night, putting my total for the week at 5.5 so far. Not fab, but the week isn't over yet!

I walked 4 yesterday and 2.5 today so I am at 6.5/45! Everyone seems to be doing great!! Let's keep walking :D

I am a little late getting started but I would love to join! I will set my goal at 45 miles and hope that I go over!

At least four days a week. Sometimes I feel like a slacker but it really works best for my schedule and I've had good results so far.

Sorry, I wasn't really clear. Early morning runs aren't an option for me right now :( I get up at 5:00 am as it is and it's still dark outside.

My name is Ashley and so far I have lost 5 pounds at MFP. I am 5' tall and this morning I weighed in at 130.0. By the end of August I would like to weigh 127.
