How Many Days/Week?

How many days a week do you work out? I feel like working out every single day is too much for me, but sometimes I feel like a slacker if I don't... So how many days a week do you work out?

    I do some type of exercise every day. Even if it's just a brisk walk. But I seriously hit the gym or hike a mountain at least 5 days a week.

    6 days a week for me with a day of rest but sometimes I still do a little something on that day as well. I lift 3 times a week and do cardio all 6 days.

    I aim for 7....but life gets in the way, a lot!...that being said, just cuz I don't make it to the gym, doesn't mean the day I spend renovating the house isn't a workout, right? Getting into a routine is key...and do what works best for you!

    6 days! Then feel guilty on sunday my rest day!

    At least four days a week. Sometimes I feel like a slacker but it really works best for my schedule and I've had good results so far.
