Heat and Running??

I completed the C25K program about a week ago and I *LOVE* running. However, I am a teacher and recently started back to school. During the summer I ran in the mornings, on an empty stomach, before it was too hot. Now that I'm back at school, I get home around 4ish and hubs and I have supper around 5. It is cool enough to run around 7 but I can't because it upsets my stomach so badly. Any ideas? I miss running...

I suggest eating a small breakfast before you head out in the morning. I usually have one serving of special k protein plus or cinnamon pecan with 1/4 cup of light soy milk.
I run in the mornings and this has worked perfectly for me. Also drink two glasses of water before you head out.0 -
Sorry, I wasn't really clear. Early morning runs aren't an option for me right now I get up at 5:00 am as it is and it's still dark outside.0

You can always try running after work before dinner? Or eat a lighter dinner, kind of cut your dinner in half and eat it before and after your run?0

I like the idea of splitting dinner, thanks! I suppose I could do more of an afternoon snack and a lighter dinner. I will give it a try and see how it works0
