Most of my fragrances (I rotate a lot) have a combination of rose and wood:

No lie, I actually wear Bobbi Brown Beach, and it smells exactly like Coppertone. Great to wear in the winter when I want to feel like it's not 10 degrees and sleeting outside.

One thing that's simple and tastes AMAZING is to dip chicken breasts in hummus, then bake them. The hummus forms a little bit of a crust on the outside, but keeps the chicken juicy because of its moisture.

You look 10 years younger, and you're glowing! Congratulations!

Amazing, congratulations!!!

I use unflavored collagen powder for my protein and these two are my go-to's: chocolate brownie: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 2 scoops collagen powder big handful of baby spinach 2 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder 3-4 slices frozen banana 1 tbsp MCT oil almond banana: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 2 scoops collagen powder 1…

Good morning everyone, happy Monday! Since it looks like Mondays are for check-ins, I'll share a success from the long weekend. I went up to NYC for a couple of days, I used to work in Manhattan and go back a few times a year to check out all my old haunts... for the first time EVER, I was able to walk around the city all…

I did fen-phen a long time ago when it was the hot new way to lose weight. It worked great at curbing my appetite, and then the moment I went off of it I ate everything in sight. I would never ever take phentermine again, it's not worth it for sustained weight loss.

Happy Sunday, everyone! Happy to say I'm officially down my first 15 lbs. Clothes are fitting better, I'm down a size, starting to feel stronger at the gym (I actually left my Zumba class the other day feeling ENERGIZED instead of ready to die! LOL). Celebrating this week by hitting the Eloquii store when I'm in NYC and…

*waves hi* Confident curvy girl here! I'm certainly looking forward to getting into smaller sizes, but in the meantime I own where I am right now and make sure I dress well to make the most of it. Best compliment I can get is when I get stopped on the street, or especially at a fashion show, to be told how much they love…

I'm so happy to find this old thread! I get really bad SAD every Fall and I'm dreading it this year... I've been doing so well with my exercise and healthy eating, and I'm terrified it'll all be undone as the days start to get shorter and my brain shuts down. I've never tried the Vitamin D idea, will have to put that on my…

I was going to post exactly this!!! LOL

Breakfast smoothie: unsweetened almond milk, crunchy almond butter, flax meal, cinnamon, a dab of honey and unflavored collagen protein.

I agree with @allyphoe about the first one... the second one looks like some sort of salmon with crunch.

Hashimoto's here. I'm early in my journey -- 6 weeks and I'm down 13 pounds. I'm following a Paleo way of eating, and going to the gym 2-3x a week. I find that Paleo eating gives me the energy that the Hashi's saps out of me, and the exercise helps to boost the weight loss a bit.

I started learning West Coast Swing dance in my 30s, now I compete in it a couple of times a year. I also started learning to play the drums a couple of years ago (I'm now 48) and I LOVE it. Who cares if I never become great at it, I'm having fun and it's a great stress release!

Ooh! I'm totally down with a water challenge. I never drink enough water, especially during the week because I'm running from meeting to meeting with barely a break. I have a big cup with a straw in the lid that I'll fill up and start carrying around with me. Haven't been able to get to the gym in several days, I miss it.…

Seconded. Several friends and I were on it in the '90s... it was amazing for killing my appetite and I lost weight, but it did a number on my friends' health. And the moment you go off of it, you want to eat everything in sight. Never again.

You look amazing! The picture of health. Would love to add you as that's exactly what I want to work towards!

Even though I have a long way to go (100 lbs to lose), I work to be fashionable now so that I still feel good about myself at this size. Thank god for Eloquii and Universal Standard! Always gives me a little thrill when people (especially smaller size) ask me where I got a particular piece. :) I do have a Pinterest board…

beef is high calorie in general, so you're going to have to balance with lower-cal meals the rest of the day. best cut of meat would be sirloin. agree with the recommendations to grill it with a few spices (I lean towards salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder) and have steamed veggies on the side. enjoy!

WHOA!!!!! Congratulations, that's fantastic!

I travel sometimes for work, I need to do that myself so that I'm not tempted by the bagels at the breakfast buffet! I did it years ago, and asked the hotel to put a mini fridge in my room. Most hotels have a few of them on hand for guests who need to store their insulin etc.

Hi everyone, I'm Jenn. So happy to find this thread! I've gained almost 100 pounds in the past 20 years, and it's time to set it free. I'm a former competitive swing dancer, actress, and singer (all hobbies -- I'm corporate by day), and I'm looking forward to getting back into shape so I can get back to those things I…

Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides. Completely flavorless so I can mix up my smoothie flavors every day... and doesn't contain a lot of additives.

I've started to get into making smoothies for breakfast -- Paleo ones because I have a lot of food sensitivities myself. I read a great tip yesterday that to save time, you can measure out all of your dry ingredients (protein powder, spices, flax meal, etc) into individual baggies for the week... then in the morning, you…

I have a Paragard, I like it because there's no hormones. Had it for 6 years with no issues.

@cobalt108 I love the idea of the fresh ginger! Yum!!!

Unfortunately no... the table where they are is the only open/common space in the office. for now i've been trying to work in other spots (like open conference rooms) when i can, so that i'm away from it for at least a little while. :)
