Trying to consistently track anything I ate before I put it in my mouth at work is what helped kill my snacking habit. Maybe it would help you?3

Got below 230 becfore a trip I took the last weekend in May and have been bouncing between about 232-236 since then (I weigh in pretty much daily and can fluctuate wildly from one day to the next) and have another vacation starting this coming Sunday, so my motivation for this week is to eat below goal everyday and head to vacation at 232 or below.1

Gained some weight from quitting smoking, and then had emergency surgery that set me back a month. So, my mini goal is to get back into my clothes I just bought a few months ago. They are a little snug now.

I'm in the same place. Stayed in the 150s for 18 months, then popped back up over 160 in the last 3-4 months. Was 161 this morning. Sooo close. Trying to stay focused. Hoping by Friday I'll see the 150s. (I was 158.8 after my morning workout, but only counting first thing in the morning weight). Hope we both get there soon!1 -
Pretty big goal for me, but I want to nationally qualify at my next bodybuilding show at the end of July.
Mini goal.. stick to meal plan every single day lol6 -
Pretty comfortably under the 300lb mark now so my next goal is shooting for 150 lbs total loss which would be 283.6 lbs. About 13.5 lbs to go.12

Unfortunately no... the table where they are is the only open/common space in the office. for now i've been trying to work in other spots (like open conference rooms) when i can, so that i'm away from it for at least a little while.4 -

Being able to fit it into my shorts because I'm not buying myself new ones and it can get hot as hell in the summer so better fit into them before it does or I'm screwed lol5

I want to lose 16lb in the next 8 weeks before I go away. Also plan to RUN a 5k at the end of September so hoping the weight loss and fitness will go hand in hand.1

I just booked a cruise for Sept. I would love to get to goal but it's not happening (unless I lose 10 lbs a month and that isn't going to happen) I just want to stick to my plan and see what I can accomplish in about 3 months7

I just decided to use stone/lbs for weight loss. Then for every stone lost, I can either throw a 14 lb bowling ball size rock or 14 1lb fist-sized rocks at someone and claim to have lost it.6

The drawer (and tub) full of too small clothes. Most are slightly too small. Like 10 lbs too small (I think). I really want some new clothes, but I've got all those just sitting right there...7

Hi! I just started. I don’t know what my goals are yet but my motivation right now is how cute and affordable the clothes at Target are and that the size range doesn’t reach me. My girlfriend and I go shopping together and I’m super jealous of all the options she has! I have to drop down at least three sizes to wear those clothes (probably 60-70 pounds at the size I am now 😩).7

I really want to reach 100 pounds lost by December 31st. I'm at 76 pounds lost now.9
