I need .6 more to hit 150 down
Wanted to do it by the 10 month mark but I think I'm going to be two weeks late. Oh well!9 -
To lose 13 more pounds to make my goal weight!4

I reached 88lbs (6 stone, 4lbs) lost today so my mini goal is to reach 100lbs lost within the next few weeks.9

I can now do 5 sets of 5 big girl push ups at a time!! I do them after my 5x5 Stronglift workouts Still working on the pull up but I have a feeling it will be a while until I get there. 6 more pounds and I'm under 180.14 -
My (athletic) guy friends just invited me to go backpacking and canoeing with them over labor day weekend. It will be a strenuous trip and I want to make sure that I'm not the one holding them back.
Goal is to do cardio 4-5 times a week and incorporate 2-3 sessions of upper body training (which I have yet to enjoy, haha) each week until then
I'm currently 157 - would love to drop below 150 before the trip, but realistically I'm shooting for 152!6 -
I am 15 pounds away from a 225 pound bench press. The last steps are the hardest.6

I am 5 pounds away from reaching my first goal of losing 10% of my body weight.9

I was injured for 5 months this year and couldn't do any cardio or heavy compound lifts. I lost a lot of ground in terms of fitness. By July 1 I was finally able to put a shoe on again, test out running, and go back to my normal lifting and yoga routines. I challenged myself to getting back to my former levels of fitness by my 46th birthday in August (52 day challenge). I'm 24 days in and still going strong.7

Just trying to get back into the habit of recording my food, so my mini-goal is to record for 7 days.12

I'm currently 63.7 kg, and my mini goal is not to touch the fabric that I had bought or sew anything for myself until I'm at least 63 or even better, 62.76

I've been in maintenance for a while now. I'm 3 pounds above my maintenance weight. My mini goal is to loose 10 pounds by the time my girl's brother gets married at the end of August. I should do it no problem IF I stick to a plan.8

Got to first mini goal which was to get down a bmi point, Yay. Next mini goal is another bmi point, which will also bring me down to a 10% loss. Finding these small goals quite helpful as have a fair amount to lose. Onwards and downwards.7

Seeing any weight in the 230’s. I haven’t seen that on the scale in a good 3 years. Last weigh in was 241.4, 3 days ago, so I’m pretty close 😌10

My diabetes handbook from the dietitian says that even a 5% to 10% drop in weight can improve health. My first goal is to lose 10% of my weight. 5 pounds to go.13

Dropped to 190 lbs., developed meralgia paresthetica of the left thigh. Of course it would have to be the aching/burning/stabby variety vs. "just" tingling or numbness. LMFAO 😆
Soooo, now have a highly motivated mini goal to get to 170 lbs. to see if finally alleviates as getting to 180 lbs. did not.9 -
My mini goal is to track 7 more days and I will have 365 days logging onto MFP! 50+ pounds lost this past year.18

To loose the 10lbs I gained back. Haven’t figured out the whole maintenance thing yet... 10 lbs puts me at the bottom of my range with lots of wiggle room to hopefully get it right this time around.6

I 'm going on a Labor Day trip to visit my best friend of over 27 years. We haven't seen each other in almost a year. I've lost about 25 lbs since then and my mini goal is to lose a few more before the trip.5

Hello.. I am restarting my journey once again after too much neglect. I am up 30 plus pounds in 2 years and inflammation has gotten worse as well as my the asthma. Just pulled a meniscus in left knee and have trigger finger in my right hand. On the last time around my fitnesspal and groups was invaluable and I lost the needed weight with the love and support of it's family. So I am back to start new and hoping to make friends to also encourage and be encouraged. You can add me to your friends list6

Just under 10 lbs to reach 269.8 (into the 260s). I have never been lower than the 270s in any previous weight loss attempt, so the 260s will be new territory for me.12
