2.2 more pounds and I’ll have reached my goal, set mid May.
Holidays and then back at it for another 5 or 10 pounds (plus what I gain on holidays, eating and drinking our way through Croatia!). 🤷🏼♀️7 -
3.3 pounds away from hitting 20 pounds lost.13

Pair of pants I just bought, that the tag had the wrong size. Should have looked at the tag inside, but didn't. Luckily it is only two dress sizes down. I kept them, because I was too lazy to return them and two it made me determined to fit in them. I am gonna do this! 😁6

I do this too often. I am so glad it is only 1 small plate though.2 -
Awh thank you! ☺0 -
every time I need more motivation, I look at my starting photo when I was 62 lbs heavier. It wasn't that long ago either! I remember how i couldn't walk up my house stairs without getting winded with very labored breathing. I remember when I was so sick all the time because of my choices I made! I'm 38 lbs from my ultimate goal and even right now I feel so incredible, and I can't believe I let myself get so unhealthy. I've said this to myself from the 1st time I went walking..."One Step, One Calorie, One Day at a time"5

Hit my goal last week! Down 51 lbs. Next goal is to figure out maintenance and stay within my goal range13

My mini goal is to keep exercising 4X/week. It’s a challenge for me. I usually do well for a week or two, then stop.
In my youth I used to hit the gym regularly but currently I haven’t been able to get into a good groove.

I have a month left in a Biggest Loser-style competition among friends and I'm neck and neck with one other guy. My goal is to hit at least 7 hours of sleep, 15k steps, and my daily WW point intake strictly every day for the next month so I can beat him out.7

Hoping to be under 200 by the time I go on a road trip in mid-september. I'm planning to continue tracking calories while I'm out, but *kitten* happens when you're on the road, so it'd be nice to hit a lil (arbitrary) milestone by then. We have a spa treatment planned at a historic mineral water bathhouse, which seems like a nice treat for a changing body.2

to not gain weight while recovering from a sprained ankle. Trying to figure out needed calorie intake with reduced activity is rough when I barely have it figured out with my "normal" activity.1

my mini goal is a number--I want to be below 250 lbs. I'm bouncing between 252 and 254 (probably hydration variation). I figure that's concrete and low enough that the turn-around time to achieve it isn't daunting.
Since the spirit of this thread isn't to be number-obsessed--I'm having serious problems with the connective tissue in my feet (I'm not diabetic though thank goodness) so can barely walk and need to get the weight off so that I get my mobility back. But I expect I won't start seeing that kind of benefit for the next 50 lbs or so, so I'm looking at smaller goals in the meantime.5 -

When I've gone for a 'spa' vacation it's usually to Napa, and for some reason up there all the high-end restaurants offer fresh-made donuts (real donuts not those c*ptastic 'krispy creme' things) as a breakfast option.
It's okay to allow carefully selected indulgences, but you need to know what the regional offerings are so that you can pick wisely. I try to pick things I can't get at home, both because it's a special thing for the place I'm visiting and also so that I can't go binge on it when I get back home.

I've just been invited to a house warming/ 40th birthday party in mid September by an old university friend. Haven't seen her, or many others that will be there for probably 15 years.
Have been drifting since getting back from hols, and having awful stomach bug that lasted for a fortnight.
Time to get back on it so don't feel like a trifle wrapped in clingfilm at the party.6 -

OMG this vivid imagery ... hilarious, traumatising ...9 -
another goal would be being under 200 lbs by Dec 1 (my 55th birthday). It would be the first time I was that "light" in over 17 years4

I want to run in a Tough Mudder (it looks like so much fun!). First, I have to upgrade my walking to running, so my mini goal is to complete the Zombies, Run! C25k.5
-
Twenty more pounds and I won't be obese.
...
Still overweight; not obese.8 -
I set mini goals. Like my goal this month starting on August 4th was to lose 6lbs by September. I'm easily going to hit that this weekend.
I'm going to have to set a new short term goal!7 -
I am 5.6 kg away from my goal weight, (I'm 63.6 now, I was 67 when I started in April, so yay!) and my mini goal is to be at least 60 kg when I come back to the local Toastmasters club in November, where everyone remembered me as being my old size, which was about 70kg.
My other mini goals is to increase my time on the elliptical - 40 minutes every other day, because we have it at home, so I have no excuse of bad or hot weather. Just my laziness.4 -
Want to get to 10 stone something. 11.03 at the moment. Losing about a pound a week.6
-
My mini goal is to finish p90x.3
-
I've been eating more snacks lately, when I think I'm really thirsty/ dehydrated.
My goal is to fill my new 30oz water tumbler twice a day and finish it each day.11 -
My mini goal is to loose another 10lbs before a family wedding that is at the end of September.4
-
My mini goal is for my seatbelt on my flight to not be so tight.4
-
I have two small procedures scheduled at my doctor's office: one for next month and the other for the month after that. So, I am playing beat the doctor's scale weight for the next two months. But, I am not beating myself up over a number on a scale, just using it as a goal. 😁8

Stay under 200 lbs. Last I checked, I was at 196!!!10
-
To get to under 200 lbs! Just a few more pounds!7
