5'10" here, currently 172lbs and a size 10, my profile picture was from the summer of 2013 when I was 150lb and a size 6. Looking to get to about 140, or a size 4 whichever comes first. I was always between 137-145 until 4 years ago and would like to get back to that.

I hovered around 135lbs my senior year 14 years ago. Which at 5'10" made me a U.S. size 2 or 4, currently I'm at 165lbs and a size 8-10. I would like to fit into a size 6 comfortably. I don't have a particular weight in mind, however I know I will never make it back to the 130's and Im ok with that.

May I ask where you're from. You don't look big enough to be a US size 12, do you mean a UK 12 because you look closer to a US size 8 . Either way you look fabulous!

I'm just a tad over 5'10" and currently bouncing between 149/150 lbs my goal weight is 140 it had been 135 but I see that as unattainable. My highest weight was 167, and It looked extremely overweight on my frame but everyone is different.

My butt, its flat and saggy which I'm working on, and my nose. Its big and been broken. I had it fixes once, but it was paid for by medical insurance and it was poorly done and still very crooked. I wish I had the money for a real nose job.

Thanks...does anyone know where I can find a good calculator for body fat? I know bmi is horribly inaccurate, is there a way using measurements like bust, waist, hips etc that I can calculate this? I had never heard of calorie cycling...Thank you! This is something that is definitely worth a try. My diet isn't varied a whole lot, fish chicken raw veggies and raw fruit are pretty much it. Maybe if I had a carb day once or twice a week it would help.
