I realized i should've done it this way... do you mind sharing your recipe for the shrimp alfredo??
-
I had chicken wings and a salad. I had a light lunch and went to the gym today so thats how i justified the wings and dressing.
-
Could we possibly get your recipe for the alfredo sauce???
-
Bump.... this sounds soooo good.
-
Sounds delish!

There's a restaurant by me that makes shrimp tacos with shredded carrots and red cabbage with a garlic aioli sauce... they are soooo good! I think you really could put anything you want on them; even if you go old school (lettuce tomatoes and cheese) I think theyd be good too.

More likely than not it is probably low iron... While chicken does have some iron it does not have as much as beef does. If you are not a red meat person here are some links for foods with iron. http://huhs.harvard.edu/assets/File/OurServices/Service_Nutrition_Iron.pdf http://www.healthlinkbc.ca/healthfiles/hfile68d.stm 2…

I have to agree especially since you didnt even have enough will power to write an actual post. What actually helped me was personally getting tired of all the excuses I had made up over the years since I had finally run out of them; at least any good ones. I had spent so much time being sick (NWR) that I was just done.…

I do not have issues with PCOS but i do have an under active thyroid. I assume you are on medication which is being monitored by your doctor... What do they have to say? I wonder if your thyroid medicine is at the right level to work properly with any meds you are on for the PCOS.

This is the point of this website and my statement (which was written too fast so a word was left out) Wilmnoca.... for people to help each other and not rag on one another.

Is it really necessary to correct the spelling of complete on a website that is related to health & fitness? And Keji when you can find this answer, please let me know because I am dealing with the same thing.

I'm also interested in gettign back into the swing of things, the holidays have thrown me off my regular schedule. Anyone from this post can feel free to add me.

Oh! i also like to make a turkey meatloaf with a packet of the onion soup mix and spinach added in addition to the normal meatloaf stuff (bread crumbs, egg and ketchup)
-
I like to brown the turkey with some garlic and onions then add it into a pot with black beans, red peppers, zucchini and (depending on how much meat you have) the philadelphia santa fe style cooking cream and let all of it simmer for a 1/2 hr- 45 minutes. I may add some cheese to the top of it. It's delish!

If you wanna look at my diary (you may need to request me though) i do have a recipe for a frittata I…
