take a multi vitamin and fish oil pills everyday it'll improve everything including energy :)

I'm always over on my protein but it is good because it helps get lean muscle..and muscle burns fat :)

You just have to push yourself no matter how hard it is whatever you do i don't recommend going on anti-depressants that'll just make it worse in the long run because of the weight gain they cause. Trust me I gained 60 pounds in 1 1/2 years on lexapro now I am fighting to get them off and it's hard and I stopped taking…

I don't know about the hair.. but I recently got off of lexapro because of the 60 pound weight gain and it's very hard to lose weight with the drug still in your system and takes about 3 months to fully get out.. however I did a lot of research and there is ways around the slow mo weight loss! Just a few supplements…

You know what don't get discouraged because for me it didnt come off until like 3 weeks then started coming off fast.. also drinking a ton of water is huge it is so important and will really make that difference

I'd probably go for the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred it's tough but that's good.. alot of the other ones are just flailing around..not as effective

Get a low calorie protein powder.. I use the Jillian Michaels one it is only 100 cal/scoop with water.. it is good between or with meals to help you feel full and give you energy :-)

Fish oil pills are the best things you can take they improve everything as well as aide weight loss

Its ok you should allow yourself "cheat" days.. don't get discouraged you are still on track and doing great! think of it as you just had a little reward now get back to it!

Put headphones on and focus on the music it'll make time go by wayyy faster.. Also try not to look down at the time I cover it with my hoodie so I can't look at it then it just seems like time is dragging for sure

Don't give up my weight didn't start coming off for a few weeks as well then all of the sudden it was dropping like crazy! Be sure to drink plenty of water also to boost your thyroid I take 7-keto it is great and its not a diet pill its just a natural supplement so no cracky feeling and it has zero side effects :)
