Ok I will stick with it. I don't want to up my calories, it is working for me now. But how about the program. It changed my calories to 1600 when I was messing with it. It was 1650. Should I just stick with the 1650 or move to 1600. I know the program puts calories down when you loose so much.

1650. I'm 5'7. I put sedentary I am always under by 100 or more

I still have a drink. I have not really given up anything. I add it to my calories and if I am under and not in the red, and it's the end if the day(, then I will go for it. The second I get close to my goal or I am in the red for sugar, sodium. Then I stop. It is all about self control, not totally stopping.

This is amazing. A true accomplishment. If I may ask, did you just follow the MFP diet plan or fit in workout with the diet plan? . I have lost mine just by following the diet plan.

You are Exactly correct. Cutting things out is not the answer. Eating in Moderation and watching Calories is the answer.

Ok I just saw that it comes with a nutrition plan. Do I have to follow their nutrition plan? And should I up my calorie intake perminatly or should I just keep it the way it is, and add it to exercise on the app? and how long do you workout everyday?

Ok I see. That is kind of what I was doing now. I dont want to focus on Muscle until my body weight is down. When I reach my goal, then I can start doing more muscle building workout. You got it. Your body is a better tool in MFP, MFP is a tool that will help you. If your body is not hungry, it is not hungry. Now dont trick yourself into not being hungry. I am usually always below my calorie goal. Today I was like 512 below. Most of the time 100 to 300 below. It is what works for me.

No not at all!. I actually ask a question kind of like this. It is really about how many calories you are eating. If you have to eat them in one meal then it is ok. 700 calories is completely ok! I usually do over 1000 in a meal, and have been loosing. Just remember to keep track of sodium and stuff. and have time before…

Really? That is amazing! I will remember that. I usually eat a large lunch or dinner at night. I have had days that I only ate like 100 calories until Dinner. I do keep my body out of starvation mode.

Thats a good idea. I might look into that. I do have like some mini sausages that are like 600 calories that I use in a emergency. But the protein shakes look like a good idea.

I kind of messed up today ): I was like 512 calories less then my goal. BUT I did not feel like my body was hungry at all, I didnt feel like starvation mode.

Thank you. This is really helpful. I usually like to eat 2 or 3 meals a day. Because of problems with the people I live with, it can be hard to find a good meal sometimes.

I did walk for a while before starting myfitnesspal. It is a fast walk, kind of like a power walk. Not sure the speed, but I can get done with a mile in less the am hour. Thank you, I will attemp to start running after I get myself use to the walk. Is 3 days a week a good starting goal?

Thanks for the replys. I am loosing weight, so when I hit my goal at 130 my face will look thin too. That is great news. I thought it was a water issue. So far I lost a little, but i don't notice a difference in my face.

Its hard to not go over a little. Today I ate veggies with a burrito, and somehow I went over. I dont do it every day. But how can I keep it down? I am not doing workout right now because I was focussing on my diet although this week I start walking 3 1/2 miles again.
