Most people go over sugar because it doesn't differentiate between fruit/veg sugars and 'bad' sugars. I feel your struggle though, I actually struggle to eat ENOUGH and it upset me alot a few evenings ago. Hey, dont beat yourself up! You're taking huge steps to get your life back! I've got mobility issues too so know how hard exercise can be, but, for me some of it was excuses. I've had mobility issues and the fitness plan seems to be helping that. Today I did VERY fast walk u a hill in blazing sun without my crutch. Small thing to most but i am soooo proud of myself :)
