10 days per level typically, or just move up when you feel ready. I'm on my 4th go of it (with heavier weights) and when I first did it I took 15 days on level 2 and 10 on level 1 and 3.

I regularly use Jillians dvds alongside my exercise bike, lots of walking and some jogging. Works for me!

I've been doing the 5:2 diet so 2 days 500 cals and 5 days up to tdee. I've found my appetite has changed, as has my perspection of food so I naturally choose healthier options now and regularly eat unprocessed foods. I began on 29 April this year

Or did you sabotage yourself by eating it? I've had plenty of people tempt me, but they are not the one's aiming to lose weight, I AM. I can't expect them to change who they are, or not to offer me treats, I can however choose NOT to take them...or to take them in moderation.

I was lazy too! So I began moving by doing extra moves in the morning, so then the evening I could be lazy. Do something simple like a 10 minute walk. Then within a week or so (for me) I found I wanted to do more...now I find myself working out in evenings and choosing to move rather than sit. Give yourself time but also…

Go through it! I felt this way in the past but after day 1 the hunger stopped. If you ignore it it WILL go away. I went on the exercise bike and ignored it.
