3 months progress.

Since I have a feeling that the picture will be too big for the board, and I don't know what a correct size would be.
This is my 3 month progress picture. MFP told me I logged in for 90 days in a row. I had slip ups, but everyone does.
I hope you guys can see the progress I'm seeing. =]

    I did it by working out for an hour and a half- 2 hours with Rockin' Body, speed-walking / jogging for 20 minutes,and did 20 minutes of my "freestyle" workouts, meaning pushups, squats, etc, some weigh lifting, eating right, and whenever I had a sweet tooth, I followed this blog: http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/ and followed many book recipes from the Library, pinterest helped me out a lot too by recipes and exercise. =]
