I only eat the fresh ones also. I love them sauteed in a pan with a tiny bit of olive oil and a lil salt and pepper. Sometimes, I add a splash of white wine and a little garlic (usually with chicken, pork or seafood). If I am doing red emat sometimes I will add a lil red wine. I LOVE me some POP chips!! I just tried the BBQ a few weeks ago and those were pretty yummy too. Otherwise, I just like the sea salt ones.

I spray a bowl with cooking spray, pour in liquid egg whites and microwave for one minute. I put that on whole wheat english muffin with a 2% cheese of some sort. Some times I add turkey bacon, or turkey sausage patty. So easy and yummy and I can eat it on the car ride in.

Day two...... done I am gonna be in some pain today. The front of my legs are killing me. It's funny, I can do two hours of Zumba and feel fine the next day.... 20 something minutes with her and I can't wlak right. Guess that is a huge reminder we need to be mixing up our workouts!!!

Believe it or not I burn more in my Zumba classes then I do and advanced spin class and a cardio kick boxing class.
