Yesterday: an egg (fried), two slices of canadian bacon, and a half a yam (cut into fries). It was an amazingly flavorful and filling breakfast.
I'm not sure about today, yet.... coffee, first, then perhaps inspiration will strike.0 -
Thomas Bagel Thins Everything with 1 tblsp. of fat free cream cheese and 3 slices of Oscar Mayer Center cut bacon with 2 cups of coffee with creamer.0

8oz ground chicken burger
2 slices of bacon on top
1 slice provolone cheese melted on top
2 packets of kashi hot cereal with 1tbsp natural peanut butter mixed in0 -
I have the same breakfast about five times a week: 1/3 cup steel ground oats, a cup of milk, and coffee. I keep it interesting by adding different stuff to the oats. I have yet to get tired of it! Best of all, I feel like the combo of fiber from the oats, protein from the milk, and caffeine keeps me full and gives me tons of energy.
This morning, I added half a banana and a tiny bit of chopped walnuts to my oats. WIth lots of cinnamon! So good!0 -

Egg white omelet with sauteed onions, artichoke hearts and mushrooms. Every other day I have Total cereal with skim or lot fat goat milk....gets all nutrients and calcium for day in one meal.0

I had one fried egg(double yoke!), a slice of Trader Joes Cinnamon Raisin Bread and Two pieces of Bacon. Totally yummy and super filling!0

Steel cut oatmeal with mixed dried fruit and a little 1% milk. I am forever changing my breakfasts so I don't get bored. So many yummy options out there.0

I had a Smart Ones French Toast with turkey sausage. It was GREAT! Just enough to fill me up and I didn't feel deprived! :happy:0
