If you can, go to bed and get some rest. Avoid temptation. You can do it :-) some days are just tougher than others. Whenever I can and I crave for something at night, I go to bed or workout, depending on the time, haha.

I have an awesome pizza place right around the corner. Their veggie pizza is TO DIE FOR. I think I can eat one every day. But.. my food addiction would be cookies. I lose all control when eating them. I crave for it every day, but every night in bed I'm so proud that I didnt give in. :-)

can't your personal trainer say how much you should eat if he can also say you won't lose weight quickly when eating at 1200?

I'm so jealous of you all. I'm 5'5, and I eat at or under 1200. Simply because I can't lose weight when I eat more than that. In fact, I usually gain. I do work out tho...

I'mma butt girl :) I think my boyfriend's a boob kinda guy. He must be going through a rough time since I'm trying to lose some weight which means that mine will shrink, haha.

I don't mind her talking. I think she's doing a good job keeping me going. However, after 10 days hearing the same BS it's annoying.

I'd say once a week. Your weight fluctuates during the day and during the week. If you want to get a consistent overview, try weighing yourself once a week at the same time (preferably in the morning).

Last time I lost weight, I mainly used the elliptical so I think it's a good source of cardio ;)

I'm so sorry for not checking in daily. This weekend I felt so sick. Today I started level 2, day 1. I could only do it for 10 minutes because I didn't take my asthma medicine. I thought it would still be working, because I took it earlier today. Unfortunately it didn't..

I'd recommend creating your own meal plan inspired by other example plans. If you create your own plan you're more likely to stick to it cause you adapt it to your lifestyle and your preferences. That's at least what I believe.

I'm in, but my goal date is the 9th of July. So I'm not sure 20 lbs is realistic, let's say... 15 :)

I eat 3 meals and 2 snacks. My friend lost 100 kg thanks to this method, so I should be able to lose at least 10, haha

Thanks everyone for replying :) I agree that your body doesn't function according to theory, that's why I asked. I was just wondering whether someone has lost weight according to such calculations.

Push ups. I hate push ups. I just can't do push up! Now, I do them half way, cause I can't go all the way down. Luckily, it's at the beginning of the programme so after a few minutes push ups are done!

I'm gonna do 30DS level 1, day 2 in a bit! I notice that it's so much easier because I've done it for a week in April. Maybe I should shorten the duration of level 1 and continue level 2 after 5 days? What do you guys think?

I know I said that I will start tomorrow, but I finished my studying early, so I just finished day 1 of 30 day shred! It's so nice to have a group of people doing it together. Makes me want to stick to the plan. What's more is that I NEED to stick to the plan, because I hate starting over AGAIN.
