I am too! :smile: So far I've lost 5.1 kg (11lbs) but still have to lose another 5 kg/ 11 lbs! So 5 lbs this month would be perfect! I'm planning on exercising regularly, about 4 workouts a week, and eat clean. I usually go to the gym or go for a run outside. Good luck! :smiley:

On my bday (5th of Jan) I'd love to weigh 119 lbs :) CW is 136 lbs, so that means I need to lose about 4.5 pounds every month, which is more than doable !

Hi I wanna have lost weight by then, cause I'll be moving to Paris in 2014 (studying abroad). Ideally, my goal is to lose 7.4 kg, but I'd be fine with 5.5 to 7.5 kg! This means I need to lose between 1 to 2 kg every month. Lets do it!!

Hi Bethany! :) I'm a business student with a veeeeery busy life. I work part time, which means that I'm occupied for at least 3 nights a week. I wish I could say that I weigh in once a week. However, I weigh myself most days, because during the period when I did not do so, I gained 8 kgs slowly.

there are tonnes. I love grilled veggies, several pastas (my fav: cannelloni with eggplants), quiches, burritos. The list is never ending :) There are so many vegetarian meat varieties that you can basically eat all the meat dishes you love and replace the meat with the vegetarian 'meat'.

I have kinda the same problem. My issue is that I've been sticking to my plan for 1.5 weeks, and haven't lost ANY weight. I've stuck to MFP calorie intake and worked our 5 times so far..
