New Years Resolution!

Hey everyone!

Please Add me as a friend, I need motivation AND love to motivate!!

My goal is not go have a 'weight goal' as my New years resolution because I want to achieve it before it gets here! I have lost 17 lbs and My goal is to lose 23 lbs by Jan 1st 2014.
That is 4 months, 7 days

For me with that is to lose 1.27 lbs a week between now and then.

I'm going to up my water to 1.5L a day to start. ( from nothing ooops!)
and exercise at least 3x a week for 30 mins.

    Hi I wanna have lost weight by then, cause I'll be moving to Paris in 2014 (studying abroad).

    Ideally, my goal is to lose 7.4 kg, but I'd be fine with 5.5 to 7.5 kg!
    This means I need to lose between 1 to 2 kg every month. Lets do it!!
