I have the Walmert Whey Protein shake almost everyday after my workout. I blend with 1 cup 1%milk and 1T of peanut butter. It is very yummy and also very filling... I have had with water on days i'm high in calories but really don't care for the water.

My favorite are "Pure Protein" Bars - Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor. They are very low in sugar and have 20g of protein. They were recommened to me by my curves owner.... I was on the curves high protein diet - so i needed lots of protein.

Arnold Select Sandwich Thins - 100% Whole Wheat.... I use as a bun for burgers, to make all my sandwiches, mini pizzas ect... They are great for everything and only 100 calories with good protein and fiber and only 1g fat!
